Consent to Contact Terms
Last updated: TKTK effective date
Draft for review. This is the consent language that controls whether the estimate form can lawfully collect a phone number. It must be reviewed and completed by an attorney familiar with the TCPA and Washington law before launch. Every TKTK needs a real answer.
This page explains the consent you provide when you submit a form asking us to contact you, and how to withdraw it.
What you are agreeing to
When you submit a form on this website with the consent box checked, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted about your remodeling project on the terms below. This page explains that consent in plain language. The exact wording that appears next to the checkbox is the operative agreement, and a copy of the version you accepted is stored with your submission.
Who may contact you
The party who may contact you under this consent is Bellevue Kitchen & Bath Studio, a licensed Washington contractor (WA registration TKTK). We do not sell or share your number with unrelated third parties for their own telemarketing. TKTK confirm the exact named parties with counsel.
How we may contact you
With your consent, we may contact you by:
- Phone calls, including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice.
- Text (SMS) messages.
- Email.
We use these to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare your estimate, and carry out your project. TKTK confirm the channels and technologies actually used.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are not required to agree to receive automated calls or texts as a condition of buying any goods or services. If you would rather not provide this consent, you can still reach us by phone or email through our contact page, and we will be glad to help.
Message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on your project and our conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. TKTK confirm frequency disclosure and carrier language.
Call recording
Washington is an all-party consent state, which means every party to a call must consent before it is recorded. If we record a call, we will tell you at the start and you can decline. TKTK confirm whether calls are recorded and the exact recording disclosure with counsel.
How to opt out or revoke consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and there is no charge to do so.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help. TKTK confirm supported keywords with your messaging provider.
- Calls: tell us on any call, or contact us using the details below, and we will place you on our internal do-not-call list.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or contact us at TKTK opt-out email.
After you opt out, we will stop the relevant contact within a reasonable time as required by law. You may still receive non-marketing messages necessary to complete a project already underway. TKTK confirm opt-out handling and timing with counsel.
Our record of your consent
When you consent, we store a record that includes the version of the consent text you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser information. We keep this record to document consent as required by law. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Keep your number accurate
Please provide a phone number that belongs to you and is accurate. If your number changes or is reassigned, let us know so we do not contact the wrong person. TKTK confirm reassigned-number language with counsel.
Governing law
This consent and our contact practices are subject to the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its rules, and to Washington state law governing telephone solicitation, text messaging, and call recording, along with other applicable laws. State law may provide protections in addition to federal law. TKTK confirm all applicable federal and Washington requirements, including current FCC consent and revocation rules, with counsel.
Changes to this page
We may update this consent page from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Material changes to how we contact you will be reflected in the consent language shown at the point of collection. TKTK confirm how changes are communicated.
